We want to initiate the Digital Deposit Return System (DDRS) program to be one of the effective EPR formats in Indonesia. It will be a multistakeholder effort that does not only involve packaging producers, brands, retailers, service providers (hotels and restaurants), but also informal sectors of waste banks, scrap dealers, and scavengers as well as recyclers and off takers with an integrated approach powered by a profound blockchain based digital system.
