This program aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of post-consumer plastic waste collection by developing human resource capacity and strengthening the business capabilities of waste collectors. ​

Through a series of workshops, ADUPI seeks to help waste collection sites enhance their collection capacity and business capabilities. Additionally, ADUPI provides waste processing technology assistance to partner waste collection sites to boost production and efficiency. ​

​By combining human resource development and the application of modern technology, this program aims to create a more sustainable waste management system and contribute to the reduction of plastic waste in the environment.​
